Kevin – I attended your talk at the MWA tonight and wanted you to know that the concept and importance of environment resonated for me. Since I have not thought about it in that manner before, I realize that I have used setting as a stage where the narrative plays out rather than an environment that can create and complicate conflict. Thanks for your insights. – John
