Good evening everyone. I am presenting another on-location piece for the summer. I will continue with exploring state and national parks in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) along with outer areas. I will also include some places such as museums, events and others that would be informative, interesting and fun to visit. You can also check out my other on location articles on http://www.someuniquemag.com.
As for today, I explored Great Falls National Park in Potomac, Maryland. Great Falls Park is a very amazing location as the park is split up into two different states, Maryland and Virginia as the natural boundaries include the many waterfalls that encompass the park. Today I trek through the “Outlook Trail” which I saw the Potomac River up close and then the difficult “Billy Goat Trail.” That trail was mostly made up of sharp, large size rocks which would be natural for a billy goat to climb and walk through.
I hope you guys will enjoy the video and pics and let me know what you think of it. Also if you know of any other great parks near or in other states on the East Coast, let me know. Who knows, I might get a chance to explore them.
Bonus!! All of the pictures I took today are below:
